Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on vamabrand.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Exchanges
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at info@vamabrand.com. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.
Refund
In order for the quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in the full condition in its original packing, undamaged, unaltered, not worn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
